Piperine Loaded Titanium Dioxide Nanoparticles: Development,Characterisation and Biomedical Application

TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by using electrochemical anodization method. UV-Vis absorption spectrum of and TiO2: piperine have an edge in the range (340 -355) nm, suggesting that colloidal obtained is anatase phase. The band gap energy (Eg) for (3.46 eV) higher than value (3.20 bulk TiO2. X-Ray diffraction results with a wavelength 1.54 Å investgation this work. Planes (101), (200), (111), (220), (210), (211), (105), (310), (221), (220) crystal planes all had peaks lattice constants = 3.755 c 9.5114 confirms phases according to JCPDS file 21-127231. Scanning Electron Microscope images samples revealed prevalence spherical nanosized crystallites, where clear nanostructures grain size 15 nm. In TEM image, shape was spherecial, small variance found be EDX study nanoparticle reflects atomic percentage elements such as Ti O ratio 83:17 no other are observed confirm presence nanoparticles.
